If you have paid for any of the services, you have automatically accepted the terms of this offer.

Rates
You can familiarize yourself with the available rates and their detailed descriptions in the "Services" section (which is an appendix to this offer).
They are also agreed upon individually with the client according to the technical assignment.

Payment Options
1.1 Payment by Visa and MasterCard payment cards through WayForPay.
1.2 Payment by bank transfer according to the invoice details.

Service Provision Terms
This document defines the terms for using the web development and targeted advertising services on Facebook and Instagram provided by individual entrepreneur Anatoliy Albertovych Khabibullin.

2.1 The cost of services is determined based on the agreements between individual entrepreneur Anatoliy Albertovych Khabibullin and the client.

2.2 Payment is made according to the established procedure: an advance payment (deposit) before the work begins, and the remaining payment after completion.

2.3 In case of payment delay, the company reserves the right to suspend the provision of services until full payment is made.

Force Majeure
Both parties are exempt from liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations in case of force majeure circumstances such as natural disasters, war, strikes, etc.

Refund Policy
3.1 We do not provide refunds for paid services or services that are already in active use. However, we are ready to help you adapt them to meet your needs and objectives.
3.2 If you have doubts about the quality of our services, you can start with the minimum rate for a one-month trial period to test the service, or use the free option.
